When life pulled me into a dark night of the soul — after a severe health crisis triggered by toxic mold exposure — it was microdosing, ritual, and nervous system repair that brought me back. Depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation gripped me. My body was wasting away, and I felt like I was disappearing. I turned to the mushrooms as medicine once more — not to escape, but to remember.
Through that journey, I rose — softer, stronger, clearer, and more sovereign than ever before.
It was this lived healing that solidified my mission: to guide others through the shadows into embodied light.
